What time can I set up my stand?
Exhibitors can access the venue from midday on 23rd May for set up via the rear entrance in Ely’s Yard, off Hanbury Street. You must first report to the Organisers Hub located in Hall T4 to register your arrival.
What time can I dismantle my stand?
After 6pm on 25th May 2017.
Is there a loading bay and can I park there?
Yes there is a loading bay and you have up to 20mins to offload. Access to the loading bay must be pre-booked using this form – https://form.jotformeu.com/makeitbritish/offloading-form-mtm2017
After offloading you will need to park elsewhere. Details on parking can be found in the exhibitor manual.
How high are the walls of the stand?
Walls are 2740mm high.
They are painted white as standard. We can paint or decorate your walls upon request at an additional charge.
How can I attach my displays to the walls?
Stands are constructed from traditional shell scheme walls made from batten and plywood. Fixing of exhibits is permitted using nails, screws, staples and pins. Heavier items need to be positioned and attached into the internal batten fixing points (see walling diagram in manual).
Velcro is NOT permitted.
What is the maximum weight I can attach to the walls?
The maximum weight per panel is approximately 10kg if fixed to the internal battens. Further details about our walls are in the exhibitor manual.
What does my stand come fitted with?
All stands have carpet, named header board and 2 x VIP Party tickets.
Exhibitors in hall T1 (manufacturers hall) also have a white table (120cm x 60cm) and 2 folding chairs.
Exhibitors in hall T2 (brand hall) have a spotlight included but no table and chairs.

Can I leave my display items or valuables overnight?
We have provided security and the venue is locked at night.
We recommend that valuable items are not left unattended.
Can I deliver my display items directly to the venue?
The venue will be holding other events at the same time, so we cannot be held responsible for any losses or mislaid items. If you do have to deliver goods to the venue please ensure they are clearly marked with your stand number, C/O Meet the Manufacturer, Organisers Office Hall T4, The Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London E1 6QR
Will there be anyone on site that could help me set-up/dismantle?
If you require assistance on-site, our handyman can be booked at a charge of £15 p/30mins
How do I order my exhibitor passes?
All exhibitor passes must be ordered via https://form.jotformeu.com/makeitbritish/exhibitor-passes
Why is my business not on the MTM website?
We need the info from your marketing form to add you to the website, so if you’re not yet on the site you probably haven’t completed the form.

What are the opening times of the show?
Day one – 9am to 6pm
Day two – 9am to 5pm
Your stand must be manned during opening times.
Can I promote my company in the Show Guide?
The info you provided on your marketing form will be used to add your company to the show guide.

Can I attend any of the seminars?
Yes of course. Our seminars this year are all drop in, so do pop in; but please remember not to leave your stand unattended!
Where is the VIP Party and can I invite guests?
Our legendary networking party takes place in Hall T5 from 6pm on 24th May’17, with carriages at 9.30pm. Our BBQ will be in the Courtyard.
